Baseball European Championship Qualifier 2024 in Ashbourne, Ireland kicks off on Thursday

The third Baseball European Championship Qualifier 2024 this week gets underway on Thursday in Ashbourne, Ireland. From July 25 to 28, 2024 four teams will compete for a spot in the next Baseball European Championship.

The four teams competing at the International Baseball Centre of Ashbourne in Archerstown, Ireland are host Ireland, Austria, which got relegated from the A-Pool in 2023, Bulgaria and Norway.

From Thursday to Saturday a preliminary round robin will take place with the top two teams qualifying for the final on Sunday at 16:00. Games are scheduled on Thursday and Friday at 13:30 and 18:30 and on Saturday at 12:00 and 17:00.

Overall there are three Baseball European Championship Qualifiers 2024 being played this week in Belgrade, Serbia, Kutno, Poland and Ashbourne, Ireland. The winners of each Group will qualify for the next Baseball European Championship.
