Three teams qualified to compete in the inaugural Baseball5 Danish National Championship following two preliminary tournaments held earlier in the year.
The format featured a double round-robin stage, where each team played against one another twice to determine the finalists. The top two teams then faced off in a best-of-three final to crown the champion.
Aarhus Havoc emerged as the dominant team throughout the competition, securing the championship title without losing a single game. East Funen Oysters claimed the runner-up position, and Horsholm Legends earned third place in this inaugural championship.
The first Danish Baseball5 Championship highlights the growing popularity of the sport in Europe.
In October 2024, the second Youth Baseball5 European Championship will be played in France as a qualifier for the WBSC Youth Baseball5 World Cup scheduled for 2025.
