In a closely contested game, Tempo Praha (CZE) defeated VSC Sweden (SWE) 7-4, while Žraloci Ledenice (CZE) edged out Chicaboo’s Stabroek (BEL) 3-2.
Locos Břeclav (CZE) continued their dominant performance with a 5-0 victory over Amager Vikings (DEN). Hippos Havlickuv Brod (CZE) shut out Pistones ALZ (MEX) 4-0. Montpellier Barracudas (FRA) maintained their form, defeating Tempo Praha (CZE) 5-1. Hurricanes (DEN) secured a convincing 6-1 win against Žraloci Ledenice (CZE).
Amager Vikings (DEN) bounced back later in the day with a 4-1 victory over VSC Sweden (SWE). The day concluded with Pistones ALZ (MEX) capturing a 2-0 win over Chicaboo’s Stabroek (BEL), wrapping up an eventful day of high-level softball action.
Hippos Havlickuv Brod (CZE), Hurricanes (DEN), Locos Břeclav (CZE), and Montpellier Barracudas (FRA) remain in the winners' bracket. These four teams, alongside Pistones ALZ (MEX) and Amager Vikings (DEN) are in the 8 top teams at the Super Cup 2024.
So far, the top pitchers of the tournament have showcased exceptional stats, with Luis Miguel Colombo Perez from Magos Tenerife leading in strikeouts with 62, closely followed by Sivira Maiker Pimentel of Hippos Havlickuv Brod with 61. On the ERA leaderboard, Jonáš Hajný of Žraloci Ledenice, Sivira Maiker Pimentel of Hippos, and Jakub Osička of Locos Břeclav each maintain a perfect 0.00 ERA.
