The Youth Baseball5 European Championship 2024 will not only crown the continent's best but also decide which teams will advance to the WBSC Youth Baseball5 World Cup 2025.
The WBSC Europe Baseball5 Commission announced the schedule for the event. 73 total games will be played during the event.
The opening round, consisting of 35 games played in a best-of-three format, will take place on October 29 and 30.
After the opening round, teams will be ranked within their groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the super round, while lower-ranked teams move on to placement rounds.
The second round, which will feature 30 additional games, will take place on October 31 and November 1. Teams will be ranked again within their respective groups, leading to final placement games.
The championship culminates on November 2 with the final round, including the bronze medal game (Game 72) and the championship game (Game 73).

The two finalists will compete for the European title with a secure ticket for the WBSC Youth Baseball5 World Cup 2025. Success in the World Cup will guarantee teams spots at the Youth Olympic Games in 2026.
