World-Class Softball in Spain: 7 Teams Compete in the Second Edition of the Catalunya International Softball Cup

For eleven intense days, the international fields of Sant Boi, Barcelona, and Viladecans will host games with world-class teams. The national teams of Puerto Rico, Aruba, Germany, France, France U22, and the regional team of Catalonia will take part in the event.

The president of the Federació Catalana de Beisbol i Softbol, Jordi Vallès, expressed his satisfaction with the tournament's development: "We are delighted to have such an interesting lineup with teams coming to our home to prepare for important championships like the World Cup in Italy and the European Championship in the Netherlands. We expect a true spectacle with top-level teams that have shown world-class softball."

The tournament begins tomorrow, July 2, at the municipal field of Sant Boi at 18:30h with a match between the national team of Puerto Rico and the Catalan Selection.
