U-15 Women's Softball European Championship 2024 Set to Begin in Prague

The U-15 Women's Softball European Championship 2024 is set to take place from July 1st to July 6th at the two softball fields of Svoboda Park, Prague, home of Joudrs Praha.

The U-15 Women's Softball European Championship 2024 will feature 13 teams divided into four groups. Group A includes Austria, Poland, and Spain. Group B consists of Belgium, Great Britain, Israel, and Turkey. Group X is made up of Czechia, Germany, and Ukraine. Group Y includes Croatia, Italy, and the Netherlands.

The tournament's format will see the top six teams from the previous championship automatically placed into groups C and D, qualifying them for the second phase. They will be joined by the winners of groups A and B in semifinal pools X and Y. All info about the format can be found here.

The opening ceremony will be held on Field 1 at 19:30 on Monday, July 1st. The championship will culminate in the Gold Medal Game and Bronze Medal Game on Saturday, July 6.

All games will be streamed on baseballeurope.tv, with an event pass available for 24,99 EUR and single game access for 6,99 EUR. By registering from June 24 to 29, fans automatically enter the draw for a chance to win one of five free all-access passes for a full year.

For those attending in person, admission tickets, determined by the Local Organising Committee, can be purchased on-site with cash payment. A daily ticket costs 100 CZK, while a weekly ticket is priced at 400 CZK. Family daily tickets, which cover two adults and children aged 10-18 years, are available for 200 CZK, and family weekly tickets are priced at 800 CZK. Wheelchair users with a companion can purchase tickets for 100 CZK, and children under 10 years can attend for free.

In the last championship held in 2022, the Czech national team claimed the title of European Champion in Enschede, Netherlands.
