Strong Starts and High Scores: Day 1 at the U-15 Women's Softball European Championship

Great Britain started the day strong with a 15-8 victory over Israel in the fourth inning. Belgium followed with a 10-6 win against Türkiye, concluding in the fifth inning. Spain showcased their dominance by defeating Poland 22-0 in the fourth inning, while Ukraine secured a 9-0 win over Germany in the fifth inning.

In the afternoon, Israel edged out Türkiye with a 7-4 victory in a closely contested match. Great Britain continued their strong performance, beating Belgium 10-3 in the fifth inning. Italy overwhelmed Croatia with a decisive 10-0 win in the fourth inning, and Spain again demonstrated their prowess with a 13-0 victory against Austria in the fourth inning.

The day concluded with a game between Czechia and Ukraine, 7-2, following the Opening ceremony of the Championship.

The second day promises more excitement with seven scheduled games. Poland will face Austria at 09:30, followed by Israel taking on Belgium at 12:00. Great Britain will compete against Türkiye at 12:30, while Germany will challenge Spain at 14:30. In the afternoon, Croatia will play against B1 at 16:30, and Italy will go head-to-head with the Netherlands at 17:00. The day will conclude with Spain facing Czechia at 19:30.
